Send funds
Withdraw USDC from your wallet to any address.
Overview
The Send Funds feature lets you transfer USDC from your JoPay wallet to any external wallet address. This is how you withdraw earnings, move funds to a personal wallet, or pay another party.
Send Funds is available from the dashboard whenever you have a USDC balance.
How to send funds
Open Send Funds
From the dashboard, tap Send Funds. The send form opens, showing your current USDC balance.
Check your balance
Your available USDC balance is displayed at the top of the form. You can send up to this amount. The balance is shown in USDC with an approximate fiat equivalent in your display currency.
Enter the destination address
Paste the wallet address you want to send USDC to. This must be a valid EVM-compatible address (starting with 0x) on the same chain your wallet is connected to.
Enter the amount
Type the amount of USDC you want to send. You can send any amount up to your full available balance.
Confirm the transaction
Review the details: destination address, amount, and estimated gas fee (if using an external wallet). Confirm to submit the transaction.
- Embedded wallet — Gas is sponsored. The transaction is signed and submitted automatically.
- External wallet — Your wallet (e.g. MetaMask) will prompt you to confirm and sign the transaction. You pay the gas fee.
After sending
Once the transaction is verified on-chain, your wallet balance updates to reflect the sent amount. The transfer is visible on the block explorer using the transaction hash.
If you have auto-forward enabled, it operates independently from manual sends. Auto-forward only sweeps incoming verified payments, not your entire balance.
Common issues
- Balance shows 0 — Your USDC may be on a different chain than the one you are connected to. Check your chain selection.
- Transaction fails — For external wallets, ensure you have enough native tokens (MATIC, ETH) to cover gas fees.
- Wrong address — If you sent to the wrong address, JoPay cannot help recover the funds. Contact the owner of the destination address directly.
