Settings

Configure your merchant profile, currency, withdraw address, and feature toggles.

Overview

The Settings page lets you configure your merchant account. Open it from the navigation menu. Changes are saved when you submit the form.

Display name

Your display name is the business name shown to customers on payment pages, receipts, and the customer authorization page for recurring plans. This is set during onboarding.

The display name is read-only and cannot be changed by you after onboarding. If you need to update your business name, contact your partner. They can update it from the admin portal.

Display currency

Choose the fiat currency used to display amounts throughout the platform. This affects how payment amounts, revenue, and balances are shown to you. JoPay supports 28 display currencies:

AED, ARS, AUD, BRL, CAD, CHF, CLP, CNY, COP, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, INR, JPY, KRW, MXN, NOK, NZD, PEN, PLN, SEK, SGD, USD, ZAR.

Changing your display currency does not change what you receive. You always receive USDC. The display currency only affects how fiat amounts are shown on screen. FX rates are used for display conversion only.

Some currencies are zero-decimal (JPY, KRW, CLP) meaning they do not use cents. JoPay handles this automatically in all displays and conversions.

Withdraw address

The withdraw address is the wallet address used as the destination for manual sends and auto-forward sweeps. This must be a valid EVM address starting with 0x.

You can change the withdraw address at any time. The new address takes effect for future sends and auto-forwards immediately.

If your partner uses terminal mode, the withdraw address field will show the partner's master address and cannot be edited. See terminal mode for details.

Auto-forward toggle

The auto-forward toggle controls whether verified payments are automatically swept to your withdraw address. See the Auto-forward page for full details.

  • Requires embedded wallet (WaaS) — The toggle is only available if you use the embedded wallet. External wallet users will see the toggle disabled.
  • Requires withdraw address — You must set a withdraw address before the toggle can be enabled.

Email notifications

Enable or disable email notifications for payment events. When enabled, you receive emails for:

  • Payment verified (a customer's payment has been verified on-chain).
  • Recurring plan events (charge succeeded, charge failed, plan auto-paused).
  • Auto-forward failures.

You can turn notifications on or off at any time. The change takes effect immediately.

If you are not receiving email notifications, check that the feature is enabled here and that your email address is correct in your account profile.
